We guarantee all the products we supply and, in the unlikely event of the goods slipping below our usual high standards, we undertake to replace or in the event that this is not possible, refund or issue a credit against the value of goods.
Shared Responsibility
All we ask is that you plant your products according to our online growing instructions, which can be found on any product page or in our growing guides area for specific variety planting. This will enable you to get the best possible performance from your new plants. We promise to provide quality products, but care for these products needs to continue to allow them to establish in your garden
If you should have any failures please contact us. Please note that a damaged item needs to be kept but not returned until advised by us
Deliveries
If you choose not to accept any part of your order, please return within 7 days
Please report any shortages of items listed on delivery note as soon as possible to enable us to replace these items. Alternatively please feel free to get in touch with us via the contact us page.
